Stamp duty savings are subject to individual circumstances and each Purchaser satisfying the necessary eligibility criteria as set by the Victorian Government and State Revenue Office. Beulah recommends each Purchasers obtain independent legal and/or financial advice to confirm their eligibility for the stamp duty concessions on off-the-plan purchases in Victoria and in the Brunswick EST development. The vendor, the developer and Beulah International Holdings Pty Ltd (and its related bodies corporate), do not warrant and/or guarantee the availability of any stamp duty concessions and/or saving, as these are subject to change and government policy.
