She led the Go Full Circle 2023 program in Melbourne for SMEs in hospitality, retail, and services, and spearheaded GrowGood, developing circular fertilizers via food recycling, aiming for a low-emission, hyperlocal waste recovery model.

INTO CARRY HAND STITCH WALLET WORKSHOP10AM-3PM

Learn a new upcycling and repair skill while making your own Card Wallet. Using Into Carry production offcuts and scraps, you will learn how to blanket stitch with a needle and thread while crafting your Card Wallet. A blanket stitch is a great technique to have on the upcycling toolbelt. All you need is a needle and thread, which you can use to apply patches, hem clothing, or fix damaged edges.

Discover the ancient paper-cloth technique used by DNJ Paper for this year’s MPavilion uniform in a special workshop. In this hands-on demonstration and Workshop, we invite you to discover the unique processes and philosophy behind creating the MP10 uniform and how they turn a sheet of paper into a luxurious dyed cloth.

Join Cirque du Soil in the immersive GrowGood Circular plant workshop. BYO small to medium house plant or purchase one on the day. All the materials to craft up your very own personalised kokedama to take home, featuring Cirque du Soil proprietary circular potting mix made from urban food waste recovered from Melbourne precincts. All materials used in the workshop are locally sourced, upcycled or fully compostable. For those who prefer a pot, we’ll also be offering a limited series mycelium pot, grown by one of our circular partners, Fungi Solutions.
